- Grilled Sole
- (Sogliole alla Griglia)

Ingredients:
4 sole, cleaned, trimmed and skinned
Extra virgin olive oil, for brushing
Salt and pepper
lemon wedges, to serve
Directions:
-
- Preheat the grill.
Season the fish with salt and pepper.
Brush with olive oil.
Place the fish on the grill rack and cook under the grill, brushing frequently with olive oil, for 7-8 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a warm serving dish and serve with lemon wedges. Serves 4.
